My Team had a great time during the largest european conference on lasers and photonics: CLEO Europe 2025!
Michał Pietrzak gave a talk on pulse compression in multipass cells („100 𝜇J-level Pulse Compression Down to 23 fs in a Single-Stage Gas-filled Herriott Multipass Cell”).
Karolina Suliga presented a poster and gave a poster pitch talk on a novel technique for laser stabilization („Carrier-envelope offset frequency stabilization in solid-state lasers: direct electro-optic vs pump-power modulation”).
Jakub Jaworski had a poster on noise investiagtion of ultrastable Cr:ZnS laser („Spectrally-resolved Intensity Noise Measurement of Cr:ZnS Kerr-Lens Mode-locked Lasers”).
Maciej Kowalczyk summarized our research in a talk on our recent advances in Cr:ZnS laser technology („Ultra-low-noise frequency comb at 2.3 𝜇m”).
For all of my students, it was their debut at CLEO, and their largest conference yet. All of them did great, and I was extremely proud to watch their presentations. It was great to meet friends from around the world in person and connect to new people from the field!
See you again in two years!
